The following intersections are established as stop intersections,
and official stop signs shall be erected (or are ratified, if they
have been previously erected) on the first-named street (stop street)
in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named
street (intersecting street) in the direction or directions indicated
for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection
on the stop street in the direction indicated, shall stop the vehicle
as required by § 3323(b) of the Vehicle Code, and shall
not proceed into or across the second named or intersecting or through
street until he has followed all applicable requirements of that section
of the law.

in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named
street (intersecting street) in the direction or directions indicated
for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection
on the yield street in the direction indicated, shall slow down or
stop the vehicle as required by § 3323(c) of the Vehicle
Code, and shall not proceed into or across the second named or intersecting
or through street until he has followed all applicable requirements
of that section of the law.

The following bridges shall have stop signs erected (or are ratified,
if they have been previously erected) at both entrances to the bridge
directing traffic to stop prior to crossing the bridge. A sign stating
"One Lane Bridge" shall also be erected beneath the stop sign. Every
driver of a vehicle approaching the bridge shall stop the vehicle
as required by § 3323(b) of the Vehicle Code, and shall
not proceed across the bridge until he has followed all applicable
requirements of that section of the law.

2.

bridge. A sign stating "Yield to Oncoming Traffic" shall also be erected

of the Vehicle Code, and shall not proceed across the bridge until
he has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the
law.

Any person who disobeys the direction of any traffic signal in violation
of this section is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus costs.

No motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, pedalcycle or mini bike,
shall be operated on any property owned by the Township or any other
public agency or instrumentality within the Township without the written
permission of the property owner.
2.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
3.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to emergency
or Township maintenance vehicles.

The provisions of this part can be enforced by any law enforcement
officer whose jurisdiction covers the Township, including members
of the Pennsylvania State Police.

The proper authorities of the Township are directed to erect
official signs establishing the traffic regulations as set forth in
this chapter, in conformity with the provisions of the Vehicle Code
and PennDOT Publication 238. The requirements of this chapter shall
not be enforced in areas that have not been so posted.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use brake retarders while
operating any truck, which shall mean a motor vehicle designed, used
or maintained primarily for the transportation of property, freight

Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25, together
with the costs of prosecution. In addition, Solebury Township may
institute an action for injunctive relief to prohibit or abate any
activity in violation of the provisions of this section when repeated
violations by the same person, firm, corporation or organization occur.
