It shall be unlawful for any minor to consume any alcoholic
beverages on any public way, or in any way to which the public has
a right of access as invitees or licensees, or in public places within
the Town of Marion.
Whosoever violates the provisions of this bylaw shall be subject
to a fine not exceeding $50.
