1. 
The Township parks and public properties shall be and hereafter are declared to be available to the public for the general use, benefit and enjoyment of members of the public.
2. 
Reasonable guidelines, rules and regulations shall and may be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, as may be established at their own instance or at the recommendation of Committees or Boards of the Township or officers thereof, for the use, benefit and enjoyment of those public properties.
3. 
All public parks, properties or places subject to the terms of this Part shall be established and designated by the Board of Supervisors by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, from time to time as is deemed necessary, for purposes of this Part. The immediate properties designated are the "Raubsville Park" located at Kiefer and Mill Streets and the "Williams Township Park" located at Gaffney Hill and Cider Press Roads.

All rules, regulations and guidelines established by the Supervisors, from time to time by resolution, shall be posted in said public properties in accordance with § 3502(b)(ii) of the Crimes Code, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3502(b)(ii), as amended, and any person violating said rules, regulations or guidelines shall be deemed a "defiant trespasser" subject to the more severe penalties as set forth in said Act.
5. 
Any person convicted of any degree of violation of § 3304, "Criminal Mischief," of the Crimes Code, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3304, or § 3502, "Criminal Trespass," of the Crimes Code, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3502, shall be thereafter deemed to be without license or privilege to enter upon or remain on said Township public properties. The term "convicted" shall include juvenile court action where a finding of delinquency has occurred.
