There is hereby created and established a Health Services Advisory
Board of the Borough of Lindenwold, County of Camden and State of
New Jersey, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3-1.
The Health Services Advisory Board of the Borough of Lindenwold
shall be comprised of the Mayor of the Borough of Lindenwold and the
Borough Council with member of Council to be designated as the liaison.
The terms of the Members of the Health Services Advisory Board
shall be staggered among terms of appointments for their respective
offices.
Any vacancy in membership shall be filled by the appointment
or election of the respective member of office.
The Health Services Advisory Board of the Borough of Lindenwold
shall cooperate with the Camden County Health Department to provide
a program of health services in compliance with the Health Services
Act. Further, the Health Services Advisory Board may, from time to
time, serve as liaison between the Camden County Health Department
and the Mayor and Borough Council of Lindenwold in an effort to promote
the enforcement of any and all county health ordinances. The Health
Services Advisory Board shall perform any and all related functions
necessary to meet the standards of performance under the Health Services
Act.
Meetings shall be designated by the Mayor and the Borough Council
convening at least one time per year.
