Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more
than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both
such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall
be considered a separate and distinct offense. The imposition of a
penalty shall not effect other remedies available to the Township.
All ordinances and all provisions thereof inconsistent or conflicting
with the provisions of this chapter be and the same are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency and conflict. Specifically, Ordinance
No. 95-04 is repealed in its entirety.
If any section or provision of this chapter shall be construed
to be invalid, such determination shall not effect or impair the remaining
provision hereof, which shall remain in full force and effect.
This chapter shall take effect upon final adoption in accordance
with law.
