No person shall feed any waterfowl in the Township's parks.

No person shall release domestic waterfowl or any birds, animals
or fish in this Township.

Any person engaging in the activities precluded by this Part
shall be subject to summary conviction and, upon conviction thereof
before a Magistrate of this District, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300, plus the cost of prosecution
and the fees incurred by the Township in prosecuting the action, and,
in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment in Lehigh
County Prison for not more than five days.
