A.
The Borough or its designee shall inspect all phases of the installation
of any temporary or permanent stormwater management facilities.
B.
A schedule of required inspections shall be determined through a
preconstruction meeting with Borough staff.
C.
Required inspections shall be scheduled through the Borough a minimum
of 48 hours prior to the time the inspection is requested.
D.
During any stage of work, if the Borough or its designee determines
that any temporary or permanent stormwater management facilities are
not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management
site plan, the Borough shall revoke any existing permits until a revised
stormwater management site plan is submitted and approved, as specified
in this chapter.
