There shall be charged an interest of 6% per year on any and
all municipal liens, assessments, claims or surcharges which the Borough
of Shillington has or hereinafter shall establish against any individual
or other entity on or after the establishment thereof in a court of
competent jurisdiction, plus costs of attorneys’ fees of 5%.
