Whenever the Zoning Officer or other authorized Borough representative
determines that there are reasonable grounds to believe that there
has been a violation of any provision of this chapter or of any regulation
adopted pursuant thereto the Zoning Officer shall initiate enforcement
proceedings in accordance with the procedures defined in the MPC.
The Zoning Officer or other authorized Borough representative
is authorized to enter any structure or premises at reasonable times
to inspect, subject to constitutional restrictions on unreasonable
searches and seizures. If entry is refused or not obtained, the Zoning
Officer or other authorized Borough representative is authorized to
pursue recourse as provided by law.
