The City of Warsaw has developed a premiere park for mountain biking
and hiking.
B.
The City desires to create rules and regulations that prevent conflicts
with mountain bike and hiking users.
C.
The City of Warsaw expresses that motor vehicle use, such as ATVs,
and equestrian use create potential conflict with trail users.
D.
The City of Warsaw restricts the use of ATVs and equestrian use in
the Truman Lake Mountain Bike and Hiking Park.
