A.
It
is hereby determined by the Board of Aldermen:
That smoking or use of vaping products is hereby prohibited
at any time in the City Hall, Police Buildings, Community Center,
Town Hall and within twenty-five (25) yards of any entrance to the
City swimming pool.
B.
Anyone
found guilty of violating this Section shall receive a fine of not
more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense, one
hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the second offense, and five hundred
dollars ($500.00) for the third offense or any offense thereafter.
