No person other than officers or employees of the Borough of
Kenilworth, in the performance of their duties, shall enter or remain
in any park or playground owned by the Borough of Kenilworth from
sunset to 6:00 a.m. For purposes of this chapter, sunset shall be
defined as:
Appropriate signs setting this prohibition shall be posted at
the entrance to all parks and playgrounds of the Borough of Kenilworth
to afford notice of the provisions of this article.
