No person other than officers or employees of the Borough of Kenilworth, in the performance of their duties, shall enter or remain in any park or playground owned by the Borough of Kenilworth from sunset to 6:00 a.m. For purposes of this chapter, sunset shall be defined as:
A. 
In the months of January, February, March, October, November, and December: 5:00 p.m.
B. 
In the months of April, May, June, July, August, and September: 7:30 p.m.
Appropriate signs setting this prohibition shall be posted at the entrance to all parks and playgrounds of the Borough of Kenilworth to afford notice of the provisions of this article.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the general penalty set forth in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty, of the Borough of Kenilworth Code.
