Editor's Note: This ordinance specifically repealed the following chapters of the 1979 Borough of Kenilworth Code: Ch. 30, Land Use Procedures; Ch. 163, Site Plan Review; Ch. 169, Stormwater Control; Ch. 174, Subdivision of Land; Ch. 182, Trailers Used for Storage; and Ch. 197, Zoning.
This ordinance was originally adopted as Ch. 225 but was renumbered
to maintain the alphabetical organization of the Code.
