A.
It
shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in a public
place or in a place open to the public view.
B.
Any
person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall upon
conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars
($10.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment
of not more than sixty (60) days, or both fine and imprisonment. Each
and every occurrence shall be an additional violation and shall be
considered a separate offense subject to punishment.
