Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than $1,000
nor more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
