A. The Village shall charge wholesale water customers for the delivery
of metered water at a rate that is the lesser of:
(1)
Such rate as may be established from time to time in the Bannockburn
Fee Schedule; or
(2)
The retail rate that the Village charges its residential customers.
B. The Village may increase the wholesale water rate to an amount that
does not exceed the amount (in terms of actual cost or percentage)
of an increase of the residential retail rate.
All wholesale water customers shall be provided a sixty-day
rate change notice.
