All funds received by the Town from fines assessed for violations
of handicapped parking laws, bylaws, rules or regulations in the Town
shall be allocated to the Town's Commission on Disability.
Funds received and allocated under § 27-10 shall be deposited in a separate account and shall be used solely for the benefit of persons with disabilities and shall otherwise be subject to the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 22G.
