Attachment 1 - RV Park and Campground Rules and Regulations

A. 
The revised rules and regulations for the Salisbury RV Park and Campground as set forth on the attached copy of rules and regulations are hereby adopted.[1]

B. 
As set forth in the rules and regulations, if the rules and regulations are not complied with, such non-compliance may result in immediate loss of parking/camping privileges and the Police Officers of the City of Salisbury have authority to enforce the removal of the offending user from the park and campground without refund of any prepaid fees or rental.
C. 
Any violations of City ordinances or the City of Salisbury Code shall constitute separate violations which may be enforced as are any other violations of the laws of the City, in addition to expulsion from the park and campground.
