The Township of East Whiteland hereby authorizes its appointed
Tax Collector to provide tax certifications in accordance with Pennsylvania
law and upon request by the public and further authorizes the Tax
Collector to assess, collect and retain, as compensation for providing
such service, a fee of $18 for each certification that is requested.
In addition to the tax certification fee, there shall be a tax bill
duplicate fee of $5.
