The Board of Aldermen hereby establishes a Business Grant Program
pursuant to Section 67.1305(10)(3)(b), RSMo., to provide grants to
businesses within the City of Edmundson for job training, equipment
acquisition, site development, and infrastructures as long as such
projects fulfill the purposes of the statute and the economic development
goals of the City of Edmundson.

All grants shall be subject to appropriation by the Board of
Aldermen and shall only be made from the Economic Development Sales
Tax Fund.

The Board hereby approves a policy to govern and implement the
Business Grant Program. Such policy is attached hereto as Exhibit
A and is incorporated herein as if fully set forth[1].

The Mayor is hereby authorized to approve a standard form application
for use in the program and a standard form grant agreement.
