There shall be no manufactured homes in the City limits of Versailles
except in currently established locations and/or trailer parks. This
section shall not apply to any manufactured home permitted or located
in the City limits of Versailles prior to the effective date of this
Article, except that any manufactured home that is removed or becomes
uninhabitable may not be replaced with a manufactured home unless
it is located in an "R-4" Manufactured or Custom Built Single-Family
District. This Article will apply to both residential and commercial
uses.
