All vehicles on Fish Hatchery Road shall be limited to a gross
weight of 15 tons.

The purpose of this article is to regulate the parking of motor
vehicles, tractors, tractor trailers, trailers, recreational vehicles
and campers on the following designated Town-owned parcels.

The following terms shall have the meanings indicated in this
section:
A misdemeanor or a felony.
An offense, other than a traffic infraction, for which a
sentence to a term of imprisonment in excess of 15 days may be imposed,
but for which a sentence to a term of imprisonment in excess of one
year cannot be imposed.
As defined by New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law § 125,
now and as hereinafter amended.
As defined by New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law § 151-a,
now and as hereafter amended.
Any vehicle not propelled by its own power drawn on a public
highway by a tractor or motor vehicle.
An offense, other than a traffic infraction, for which a
sentence to a term of imprisonment in excess of 15 days cannot be
imposed.

No person shall park a tractor, trailer or tractor trailer in the
Town Park known as Champlin Park in the Town of Urbana, New York,
without prior written permission from the Town Supervisor or the Town
Clerk. No person shall park a camper or a recreational vehicle in
said part between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.

No person shall park a motor vehicle, tractor, trailer, tractor trailer, camper or recreational vehicle between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. in the Town's park known as Depot Park except this prohibition shall not apply to the area within the park designated as the boat launch area, which area shall be subject to the prohibitions set forth in Subsection C hereinbelow.

No person shall park a tractor, trailer, tractor trailer, camper
or recreational vehicle in that portion of Depot Park designated as
the boat launch area. No person shall park a motor vehicle within
the boat launch area unless there is attached to the vehicle a boat
trailer.

A violation of any of the provisions of this article shall not constitute a crime, but rather a violation as defined in § 101-3. Any person, upon conviction of this article, shall be fined an amount not to exceed $100 for the first offense and an amount not to exceed $200 for the second or any subsequent offense reoccurring within a consecutive twelve-month period. Additionally, such person shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days for each offense or both such fine and imprisonment. The Court may issue a warrant for a person's arrest in the same manner as in a misdemeanor case. The continuation of any offense against the provisions of this article, shall constitute, for each day the offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.
