Code § 31]
No person shall conduct, operate or maintain any boarding house
for infants or children without obtaining a permit therefor from the
Board for each and every such boarding house. The fee for every such
license shall be $1 and shall expire on the 30th day of June next
succeeding the date of issue. Before any such license is granted,
the applicant must meet all requirements as to heat, light, ventilation
and sanitary conditions as specified by the Board.
