[Adopted by the County Legislature 11-1-2016 by L.L. No. 5-2016]
The exemption authorized by § 467-j of the Real Property
Tax Law is hereby adopted.
This article shall take effect immediately upon filing with
the Secretary of State and shall be applicable for all assessment
rolls filed after this date.
