The purpose of the signature and stamp blocks is to officially acknowledge the Township's decision on submitted and approved drawings. As applicable, the Township may require additional certifications, as outlined by Allegheny County as included in the Allegheny County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, Appendix 3: Required Certifications.
An area for the following signature block shall be included on the plan set submittal, allowing two signature lines for the President of the Township Board of Commissioners and the Township Manager. The signature block shall read: "Approved by Shaler Township this 10th day of January, 2017, and shall become effective immediately."

Certification stamp blocks, size two inches by 2 1/4 inches, shall also be included for each of the following entities/project team members:
A. 
Shaler Township Board of Commissioners.
B. 
Shaler Township Planning Commission.
C. 
Township staff representative.
D. 
Allegheny County Department of Real Estate.
E. 
Allegheny County Department of Economic Development.
F. 
Surveyor.
G. 
Engineer (as applicable).
H. 
Architect (as applicable).
I. 
Landscape Architect (as applicable).
J. 
Notary.
K. 
Any other required seal identified by the Allegheny County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
