§ 78-1 Department established.

The Board of Supervisors of Warrington Township establishes a separate Department of Water and Sewer within which all operations involving the water and sewer systems formerly under control of the Warrington Township Municipal Authority shall be operated with no revenues to be commingled with other funds of the Township.

§ 78-2 Record of accounts.

The Department of Water and Sewer shall maintain separate records of accounts of its operation.
