No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway in the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle within six inches of the curb or edge of the roadway, except as otherwise provided in this article.
A. 
The Traffic Commission shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall direct the marking or placing of signs on such streets.
B. 
Angle parking shall not be indicated or permitted at any place where passing traffic would thereby be caused or required to drive upon the left side of the street.
C. 
Upon those streets which have been signed or marked by direction of the Traffic Commission for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
The Traffic Commission is hereby authorized to designate loading zones within the business district and shall direct the erection of appropriate signs marking the same, and no person shall park any vehicle within said zones at any time except for the expeditious unloading and delivery of merchandise or materials. A. 
Whenever a vehicle is lawfully parked at nighttime upon any street during the hours between 1/2 hour after sunset and 1/2 hour before sunrise, such vehicle shall be equipped with one or more lamps which shall exhibit a white light on the roadway side, visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the vehicle, and a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
B. 
Any lighted headlamps upon a parked vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
