If a facility is rented during nonbusiness hours, groups will
be assessed an additional $30 per hour/per staff member to pay for
a staff member to be on site. (All activities must be approved by
the Director or Facility Coordinator prior to space rental.)

Resident fees for long-term facility use will be negotiated.
Long-term use is considered seven consecutive days or three consecutive
individual monthly rentals.
|
3.
|
At the discretion of the Park and Recreation Director, a resident
nonprofit organization or group may have its fee waived if the request
is for a non-peak weekday period, with minimal advance reservation.
|
4.
|
Nonprofit resident groups may be credited for community service
to the Parks and Recreation Department at the discretion of the Director
on an hour-for-hour basis.
|
5.
|
For purposes of park and recreation fees, a resident shall be
anyone living in Peters Township, owning property in Peters Township
or physically working in Peters Township on a day-to-day basis.
|
6.
|
Any team or organization that can provide a roster of participants
with 60% or more residents will be assessed the resident rate as opposed
to a nonresident rate.
|
7.
|
Any sports association that wishes to use a for-profit business
to conduct a training or camp (for a specified period of time) will
be charged the resident private party rate plus a fee equal to 10%
of the registration fee charged participants.

A.
As authorized by § 304-4, Application for permit, of the Township Code of Ordinances, applicants for a permit under this chapter must file in person with the Police Department of the Township a sworn application in writing on a form to be furnished by the Township. A processing fee of $50 shall be charged.
B.
As authorized by § 304-6, Investigation; payment of fees; issuance of permit, of the Township Code of Ordinances, the following fees shall be charged:
(1)
For one day or fraction thereof: $10.
(2)
For one week or fraction thereof: $50.
(3)
For each month or fraction thereof; a maximum of six months may be
issued under one permit; $100 per month.
(4)
One-permit requests. Traveling street vendors may request a permit
for a period of three months to six months.

As authorized by § 342-6, regarding sexually oriented business fees, of the Township Code of Ordinances, every application for a sexually oriented business license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application and investigation fee in an amount of:

As authorized by § 376-29, Permit fees, of the Township Code of Ordinances, the following fees shall be charged:
A.
Permit application fees. Application fees charged to defray costs
incurred by the Township in reviewing and processing the application
and plans, including the preliminary review of the site location identified
in the application, whether or not a permit is issued and processed,
shall be as set by the Township Council by resolution.

B.
General permit inspection fees. General inspection fees charged to
defray costs incurred by the Township in spot inspections of permitted
work or subsequent inspections after the permitted work has been completed
and to monitor compliance with the permit and this article shall be
as set by Township Council by resolution.
