The following schedule of fees for building permits is hereby
established by the Town:
A.
Building
permits. Separate permits are required for all construction and mechanical
work as covered by the Connecticut Building Code, including, but not
limited to, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning,
signs and sprinklers.

C.
Reinspection.
After two visits, the Building Official shall assess an additional
$100 for each reinspection that follows.
D.
Demolition:
$1 per thousand of assessed value according to Assessor's records
on file.
E.
Plan review:
10% of construction permit fee.
In the case of a revocation of a permit, abandonment or discontinuation
of a building project, the portion of the work actually completed
shall be computed and any excess fee for the uncompleted work shall
be returned to the permit holder upon written request. Processing
fees and all penalties that may have been imposed on the permit holder
shall be collected first.
