BH:IV of the 1975 General Ordinances), as amended.
A.
Relinquishment of jurisdiction. The Township of Mansfield hereby
relinquishes its jurisdiction of the administration and enforcement
of the licensing of food establishments and hereby transfers jurisdiction
for the administration and enforcement to the Health Department of
the County of Warren. The transfer of jurisdiction shall take effect
immediately upon adoption of this chapter.
B.
Records and files. The Township of Mansfield shall deliver or make
available to the Health Department of the County of Warren any and
all records and files of the municipality necessary for the Department
to carry out its function, and the Department is hereby authorized
to transfer such records and files to a location designated by the
Department.
