The moving of previously used structures, intended or designed
for occupancy as a residence or business, within or into the City
of Lincoln, is prohibited.
This chapter shall not apply to the following:
A.Â
Structures being moved through the City of Lincoln on state or federal
highways whose destination is outside the City limits.
B.Â
Storage buildings and other structures not designed or intended for
occupancy.
C.Â
Temporary construction offices.

Manufactured homes, which are regulated by Chapter 14.12 of the Lincoln
Municipal Code.
