Excepted from the sale and retained by the Borough was a 25-foot square tract at the southeast corner of the lot, bounded by High Street and the 16-foot alley. Tract No. 2, known as the Municipal Building, located at the northwest corner of First Avenue and North Charles Street, and previously conveyed to the Borough by the Leo Independent Fire Company No. 1 in November, 1933.)
