Borough of Montgomery, PA Article VII Skateboards and Roller Blades

§ 435-41 Riding and parking of skateboards and roller blades on sidewalks along certain streets prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in skateboarding or roller blading upon Main Street from East Houston Avenue south to Broad Street in said Borough, or upon the sidewalks along the aforesaid portion of Main Street.

§ 435-42 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of the foregoing article shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $300 and costs, or to undergo imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
