This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Official Publication
Law."
This chapter is enacted for the purpose of designating an official
newspaper for the publication of official notices of the Village of
Canajoharie.
The Courier-Standard-Enterprise, being a newspaper of general
publication circulated within the Village of Canajoharie, is hereby
designated as the official newspaper of the Village of Canajoharie
for the publication of all official or legal notices of said Village.
