The elective officers of the Town and their terms shall be those set out in this Chapter and Chapter 110 of this Code. This Chapter pertains to appointive officers and officials.
The annual salary of the Town Officials shall be fixed by ordinance,
as shall any per diem or other special compensation. Such salary shall
be payable in equal monthly or semimonthly installments as provided
by ordinance. The salary or compensation of all other employees of
the Town shall be fixed by the Council and shall be payable at such
periods as the Council shall determine.
Where bond is required for any Town Official, such bond shall
be in the amount as set by Council from time to time.
