A.
There
shall be a Board of Trustees of the Salisbury Affordable Housing Trust
Fund established under Article 13 of the 2005 Annual Town Meeting,
in this section called "the Board," which shall consist of seven Trustees,
including two members of the Board of Selectmen appointed by the Board
of Selectmen. The remaining members shall be appointed by the Board
of Selectmen.

B.
Trustees
who are not members of the Board of Selectmen shall serve for a term
not to exceed two years. Terms of Trustees who are not members of
the Board of Selectmen shall be staggered and shall expire on June
30.
C.
A
majority of the Board members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction
of business.
The Board shall have all of the powers granted by MGL c. 44,
§ 55C.
