No person shall intentionally, wilfully or maliciously, destroy,
damage, deface, otherwise harm any property owned by the Town including,
the Town Office Building and parking areas, School Department buildings,
parking areas, athletic fields and stadium, Department of Public Works
buildings and parking areas, Water Division Building, and parking
areas and pumping stations, public playgrounds, swimming pool and
other recreational areas, Fire Stations and parking areas, Police
Station and parking areas, Conservation Commission buildings and Conservation
areas, or any other real or personal property of the Town.[1]
