[HISTORY: Adopted by the Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Easton 4-13-1992 by Art. 8 (Art. 11 of the 1922 Bylaws). Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall intentionally, wilfully or maliciously, destroy, damage, deface, otherwise harm any property owned by the Town including, the Town Office Building and parking areas, School Department buildings, parking areas, athletic fields and stadium, Department of Public Works buildings and parking areas, Water Division Building, and parking areas and pumping stations, public playgrounds, swimming pool and other recreational areas, Fire Stations and parking areas, Police Station and parking areas, Conservation Commission buildings and Conservation areas, or any other real or personal property of the Town.[1]

A. 
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $300.
B. 
Any person causing damage to town property as described above shall be subject to a civil suit for damages in the District or Superior Court.
