The governing body of the Township of Hamilton hereby establishes
a speed limit of 40 miles per hour and a no-passing zone throughout
the length of Malaga Road within the Township of Hamilton from the
Buena Vista Township border to New Jersey Route 322, by means of speed
limit signs and double yellow painted lines in accordance with the
last edition of the Manual on Uniform Safety Control Devices.
Warnings and regulatory signs shall be installed and maintained
establishing the designated speed limit and no-passing zone in accordance
with the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
This article shall be effective upon the installation and erections
of signs as is required by law and/or the latest edition of the Manual
on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
Any violation of this article shall be punishable by all applicable
New Jersey State Statutes including, without limitation, N.J.S.A.
39:1-1, et seq.
If any part or parts of this article are for any reason held
to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of the article.
