The City adopts by reference as if fully set forth herein Sections
523.200 through 523.215, RSMo., 1986, as may be amended from time
to time as the relocation policy for the City.

In the event that property is to be acquired without Federal
assistance pursuant to Chapters 99, 100 and 353, RSMo., 1986, as amended,
the Mayor or his designee is directed to take all necessary steps
to identify the special needs of displaced persons and accommodate
those needs within the project's relocation plan. Furthermore,
the Mayor or his designee is directed to develop a program for the
referrals of displaced persons and businesses to suitable replacement
accomodations in conformity with the requirements of the Relocation
Assistance Act.
