Every tenant, occupant or owner having the care or charge of
any land or building fronting on any street in the Borough of Rankin,
where there is a sidewalk paved with concrete, brick, stone or other
material shall, within 24 hours after the fall of any snow or sleet
or the accumulation of ice caused by freezing precipitation, cause
the same to be removed from the sidewalk.

Any person, group, association or corporation that shall violate
the provisions of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine not exceeding $100 plus costs, or in default thereof,
may be committed to the Allegheny County Jail for a period not exceeding
30 days.
