For the purpose of this article:
A delivery of goods associated with the conduct of business
made to a property abutting the Midtown Parking Lot and shall not
include the delivery of construction materials and/or supplies excepting
those required for the purpose of maintaining or improving the Midtown
Parking Lot.
No trucks with a gross combined vehicle and load weight in excess
of eight tons are permitted within the Midtown Parking Lot, excepting
those making local deliveries as defined herein.
No construction vehicles with a gross combined vehicle and load
weight in excess of eight tons are permitted within the Midtown Parking
Lot, excepting those which may be required for the purpose of maintaining
the Midtown Parking Lot, including, but not limited to, the lot surface,
overhead lights, and parking kiosks.
No construction equipment is permitted within the Midtown Parking
Lot, excepting that which may be required for the purpose of maintaining
the Midtown Parking Lot, including, but not limited to, the lot surface,
overhead lights, and parking kiosks.
Emergency vehicles, including law enforcement vehicles, fire
trucks and apparatus, and ambulances, are exempt from the provisions
of this article.
Any person operating a vehicle or combination in violation of
a prohibition or restriction imposed under this article, upon conviction,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600.
