1. 
No vehicle shall be operated upon the following streets, roads or highways within Lower Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at any time, at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour:
A. 
Township Road 651 (Old Franklin Hill Road) between State Route 1015 and State Route 1013 (Franklin Hill Road).
B. 
Township Road 703 (Hillendale Road) between the dead end thereof (said dead end is 0.89 miles from the intersection of Hillendale Road and State Route 1004) and a point that is 4/10 of a mile and 500 feet to the southeast of said intersection.

No vehicle shall be operated upon the following streets, roads or highways within Lower Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at any time, at a speed in excess of 25 miles per hour:
A. 
Township Road 684B-659 (Little Creek Road) between State Route 611 south and the junction of Falcone Road and Little Creek Road.
B. 
Township Road 678C (Upper Mud Road) between Legislative Route 48025 and State Route 1017.
C. 
Township Road 724 (Cedar Grove Road) between Township Line and Del Haven Road.
D. 
Township Road 682 (Good Road) between State Route 1015 and the Washington Township Line.
E. 
Township Road 692A (Kaylor Road) between State Route 1017 and State Road 1004.
F. 
Township Road 680 (Berry Hollow Road) between State Route 0611 and State Route 1017.
G. 
Township Road 652 (Klausz Road) between 668 (Upper Mud Run Road) and State Route 1013 (Franklin Hill Road).

No vehicle shall be operated upon the following streets, roads, or highways within Lower Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at any time at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour:
A. 
Township Road 661 (DePues Road) between Del Haven Road and DePues Ferry Road.
B. 
Township Road 703 (Hillendale Road) between State Route 1004 and a point that is 4/10 of a mile and 500 feet to the southeast of said intersection.
C. 
Township Road 663B (Otts Drive) between State Route 1017 and Legislative Route 48027 (0611 North).
D. 
Township Road 661B-723 (Del Haven Road) between State Route 1004 and Cedar Grove Road.
E. 
DePues Ferry Road from State Route 1004 to P.P. & L. plant.

No vehicle shall be operated upon the following streets, roads or highways within Lower Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at any time at a speed in excess of 35 miles per hour:
A. 
Township Road 660B (Lower Mud Run Road) between State Route 0611 South and Legislative Route 48025 and State Route 1002.
B. 
Township Road 649 (Howell Road) between State Route 0611 and State Route 1002.
C. 
Township Road 694-663C (Gravel Hill Road) between Legislative Route 48025 and State Route 1017.
D. 
Township Road 692B (Miller Road) between State Route 1017 and State Route 0611 North.
E. 
Township Road 659 (Upper Little Creek Road) between the junction of Falconer Road — Lower Little Creek Road and State Route 0611 North.

All other roads, streets and/or highways not specifically mentioned herein shall have speed limits in accordance with the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq., as amended from time to time.

This Part shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq., as it pertains to fines and other penalties.

All official signs and signals required to give effect to any of the sections of this Part or any future amendment hereof or additions hereto shall be procured and be erected, posted and maintained by Township, employees, agents or contractors so as to properly give effect to the provisions of all of the sections of this Part and properly to comply with law.
