The maximum weight limit on Mill Creek Road extending from __________
to __________ shall be 10 tons, and the weight limit thereon shall
be posted at 10 tons.
2.
Weight limit signs shall be posted along the above-described roadway
in accordance with the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and pertinent
regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Any person, firm, corporation, or utility which shall violate any
provisions of this Subpart shall be subject, upon conviction before
a court of competent jurisdiction, to pay a fine of not more than
$1,000 and cost of prosecution, and in default of the payment of such
fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than
five days. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
2.
In case the defendant has goods or property of any kind whatsoever,
out of which the judgment and costs can be collected by execution
or other process, the Township may elect to collect the judgment and
costs of such proceedings.
