Compensation of employees represented by a union shall be as
provided for in any agreement entered into, from time to time, by
and between the Village of Whitefish Bay and the respective union.
Compensation of all nonrepresented employees shall be as provided
by resolution adopted from time to time by the Whitefish Bay Village
Board.
Employee benefits and other conditions of employment for all
Village employees shall be as provided for in the "Village of Whitefish
Bay Employee Handbook," Rev. 1995, or as provided for in any subsequent
revision as adopted from time to time by resolution by the Whitefish
Bay Village Board. Provided, however, that in the event that a provision
of a union contract should conflict with the provision of the Employee
Handbook, the provision of the union agreement shall control. Provided,
further, that applicable provisions shall be further subject to all
provisions of federal and state law.
