The Village Infrastructure Design Criteria and Construction Standards were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Penn Yan 4-18-2017 by L.L. No. 5-2017. The Table of Contents for the Infrastructure Design Criteria and Construction Standards is included as an attachment to this chapter.
A complete copy of L.L. No. 5-2017 and any subsequent
amendments thereto can be obtained from the Village Code Department
or the Village Clerk.
