Section 100.240 Payments Required Before Issuance Of Permit, License Or Activation Of Utility Service.

The City of Versailles shall not issue any permit or license or activate any utility service to any person or business owned by any person, who owes the City of Versailles any money for any outstanding bill, fine or fee, unless on an approved payment plan, and current with all payments.
