A prima facie speed limit shall be established upon the following
highways within the Township, and such prima facie speed limit shall
be as set forth with the description of the highway.

Adequate signs giving notice of such prima facie speed limit
shall be erected before the effective date of this article or any
amendment thereto, and such signs shall be maintained thereafter.
This article shall be effective August 7, 1970.
