The Borough reserves the right to develop a separate fee schedule
to, at a minimum, cover the following costs associated with implementation
of this chapter:
A.
Administrative costs.
B.
The review of the stormwater (SWM) site plan or small project SWM
site plan by the Borough.
C.
The review of as-built drawings.
D.
The site inspections.
E.
The inspection of SWM facilities and drainage improvements during
construction.
F.
The final inspection at the completion of the construction of the
SWM facilities and drainage improvements presented in the SWM site
plan.
G.
Any additional work or recovery of costs required to enforce any
permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and
assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
