The Board of Review of the Village of Fredonia shall consist of three members: the Village President, the Village Clerk and the President Pro Tem. One additional alternate trustee shall be selected by appointment by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village Board. The alternate shall serve on the Board of Review in the absence of the Village President or President Pro Tem.
The members of the Board of Review shall receive compensation as determined by the motion of the Village Board.
The duties and functions of the Board of Review shall be as prescribed in §§ 70.46 and 70.47, Wis. Stats.
In accordance with § 70.47, the annual Board of Review will be held during the thirty-day period beginning the 2nd Monday of May. The first session shall be at least two hours. The Board may adjourn from day to day or from time to time until such time as its business is completed, providing that adequate notice of each adjournment is so given. The Assessor shall attend sessions of the Board of Review.
