Fredonia as Title 15, Ch. 2, of the 1995 Code; amended in its entirety
at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II).

The Village Board of the Village of Fredonia hereby adopts §
106.50, Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto.
The officials and employees of the Village of Fredonia shall assist
in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing
within the Village of Fredonia by implementing the authority and enforcement
procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats. The Village Clerk
shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof
in the Village of Fredonia to file a complaint thereunder with the
Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development for enforcement of §
106.50, Wis. Stats.
